Absolute poker is one of my personal favourite poker rooms. This is because of a couple of reasons. The software is very smooth and does not eat up your computer resources like some do and the cards are dealt without any stutters. Another reason, and probably the main reason, is that I have met the owners and the operators personally on a few occasions and I have nothing but respect for each and every single one of them. What stood out the most at the the first conference that I met them was that they were not like a lot of the other operators and owners going around trying to impress everybody and going on and on about how great their product is, instead, they kept asking questions as to how they can improve and where are their downfalls. They took loads of notes and really listened to the people when they told them their ideas. They then went back and implemented a lot of these ideas. They have also done this on a few occasions by asking their members for suggestions and ideas, which were later then also implemented. Something like that always impresses me and shows that they are part of the very few people in this world that really do care about their customers.
